Terms of Service

By accessing or using Preseason Planner (“the Service”), operated by College Tournament Connect (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

Preseason Planner is a scheduling and event coordination platform designed for NCAA Division I women's volleyball programs. The Service facilitates non-conference event discovery, join request management, game day coordination, and related communications between participating programs.

To access the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address and complete our verification process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Access is granted at the discretion of our administrators following verification of your affiliation with an eligible program.

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose: facilitating non-conference volleyball scheduling and event coordination. You may not use the Service to:

• Misrepresent your identity or program affiliation
• Collect or harvest information about other users without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data

The Service, including its design, features, and content created by College Tournament Connect, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (event details, messages, etc.), but grant us a license to use, store, and display that content as necessary to operate the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by other users, including event details, guarantees, or team information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, College Tournament Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to scheduling decisions, missed events, or reliance on information provided through the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may also discontinue your use of the Service at any time by contacting us.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
