You only see your own events, requests, and messages. Other programs can’t access your scheduling pipeline.

Reviewed Before Access

Every access request is reviewed by an administrator before a user gets into the platform. No open signups.

Our Commitment

Preseason Planner is built on enterprise-hosted infrastructure with encrypted connections, automated backups, and database-level access controls. Every connection is secured with HTTPS, and user data is isolated at the database level so teams can only access their own information.

Common Questions

Can other teams see my scheduling pipeline?

No. Your join requests, contract details, and internal messages are scoped to your team. Other programs only see your public team profile and any events you’ve posted.

Do you share data with third parties?

We do not sell or share your data with advertisers or analytics providers. We use essential service providers (hosting, email delivery) under contract to operate the platform.

What happens to my data if I stop using the platform?

You can request account deletion at any time. We’ll remove your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal retention requirements.

What cookies does the platform use?

Only essential cookies for authentication and session management. No advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or cross-site analytics.
